Started my journey on the first src walk and haven’t looked back so welcoming great community vibe keeping each other motivated everyday through chat group can already feel the difference to my health and well-being would highly recommend walk or run 😀
SRC is not just a running club; it’s a family. Everyone looks out for and encourages each other. No one gets left behind!
Not going to lie, running is hard work. But since jointing SRC I’ve gotten better at it and had a proper laugh at the same time. You make so many friends, and socialise together. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to start to get fit to join. There will always be someone who will be with you .
Started off in Aug 2023 doing the couch 2 5k..my goal was by the end of the year to have enough confidence to do 1 5am run with the fast runners...fastforward to Jan 1st 2024 i completed my goal and have done every Mon-sat 5am run. I have just done my first half marathon,which would never of crossed my mind if it wasnt for this club. The confidence and friendship this club have given me...i couldnt of asked for more. Thank you SRC..💚
