Verified Renter The community is nice, the people are friendly. The workers in the front office always get the job done. When I first arrived they attended to my needs and made sure that I was approved and comfortable.

Verified Renter Sophie did a wonderful job making the transition to cascade Apartments smooth and easy. She was able to answer all my questions, timely, and efficiently whenever I needed anything I was able to call her and she was able to quickly help out. I highly suggest this community and if you ever plan on joining Cascades ask for Sophi, she will help your move-in process to be seamless.
Verified Renter There is very little insulation between apartments resulting every noise being transferred. Nonresidents fill the parking lot and litter is consistently present.

Verified Renter The staff and maintenance crew are excellent in their communication with their renters. I have always been greeted with a smile and a positive attitude from the ladies in the front office. Any services needed for the apartment is always done swiftly and with excellent results.
