Management Ruined This Place 601 Pax used to be good. Unfortunately, the high turnover of employees in the office has sent it downhill. Heres my experience since moving here in November 2023: 1. Maintenance and management don't care Maintenance issues take a really long time to get fixed. I've been waiting for a functional dishwasher since I moved in September 2024, the mailboxes don't lock, there are holes in the wood walkway outside my front door.
