The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are nice however you call the office they are always out. When need an callback don't expect anytime. Oh Yea they will make you feel safe by "alarming " you people cars have been broken into.

Everything that glitters ain't gold! I'll start with the positive, the are apartments are gorgeous and well maintained. I love being close to Easton shopping area and having a bike trail close by. Now the NEGATIVES, ROACH CITY! No one should pay as much rent as we pay as rentesr to be infested with roaches! Exterminating doesn't work, because clearly they comeback for other units. The car break in are out of control, my car was broken into and does not matter what season it is, they will break into your car. The property sho... read more

Great place with a few down falls I've been living here for 3 years. I've lived in an apartment and town home, both places very nice and updated with a decent amount of room. Overall the community can be somewhat loud but manageable. The only bad thing about living here is during the summer time alot of cars get broken into, not to mention my car. They busted my window and stole my radio and the police did absolutely nothing about it. This pass summer at least 7 cars were broken into, just be mindful about that and make sure... read more
Need more space/ Very nice community. I moved here a year ago. Its a one-bedroom. The area is very nice and quiet, its in a very good distance to a shopping area, and is well located. Its well maintained. It has a pool, and it is also maintained quite well, the staff is very courteous and friendly.
