Move-In Satisfaction Guarantee - ??????? Do NOT believe the "Move-In Satisfaction Guarantee". My daughter and roommate were unable to move in due to unavoidable circumstances. We notified the agency and were told that we would be able to get our deposit back as long as we paid the first months rent and utilities. After fulfilling all of our obligations, we still have not received the deposit.

Wonderful place to live! These apartments are absolutely beautiful! All appliances are brand new. The interior is very clean and modern. Our patio faces up against a wooded area along Alum Creek. We have seen tons of wildlife every day so far. It feels like we are in the woods but we're just a quick drive to everything Columbus has to offer. Easton is approximately a 4 minute drive too! Great community We have lived at Sunbury ridge for 2 years and love it. The location is very convenient and we have always felt at home. The renovated apartments are spectacular and the service team does an amazing job of maintaining the condition of the property. Our favorite thing about the community is the office staff. Chelsea treats you like family and is always quick and considerate. Cortland goes above and beyond compared to any other community we have lived at and you see it every day here. Highly recommended!!
