Love this place. Not only is this place gorgeous and pet friendly their staff is wonderful. They are so friendly and if you need anything they're there! I asked them if someone could go over and simply close a window for me and she did me one better! When she arrived to close the window for me my dog had made a mess and she cleaned it up! Beyond wonderful customer service.
I've been living... (Verified Renter) I've been living in Sunbury Ridge since November of last year. I had an issue with my heat going out but the maintenance team came several times to fix it. So far anytime I've had an issue both the front office staff and maintenance have helped immediately! Mark was even nice enough to come out in the rain and help get my couch in my apartment. No issues with noise, I personally love the aircraft flying over! Fingers crossed the pool will be ready by Summer though.

Awesome! I have lived at Sunbury Ridge for almost a year now and am so glad I chose these apartments. The staff is great and maintenance is always very timely. I've had terrible experiences at nearly every other apartment complex I've lived at, but have no complaints about Sunbury Ridge. I love my apartment and always get compliments on how nice it is. Would highly recommend!
