Honest Review Unfortunately, while the community and apartments themselves are very nice, the neighborhood is not safe and therefore would not recommend someone to live there. There are frequent break ins and they usually send out emails every couple months regarding both car and apartment break ins. While they did report they were working closely with the Columbus Police this did not prevent any more break ins. Verified Renter Sunbury Ridge has been a great place to call home! In the two months I've lived here, I have felt comfortable and enjoyed my apartment as well as the community. I also love how accessible the Alum Creek Trail is. It's so wonderful to walk right to the trail and be able to get exercise and be in nature, all while still being right in Columbus. Verified Renter This is a great little community. The residents are extremely nice. The staff is always willing to help and super friendly. The features in the unit are up to date and very modern. The community features are great too. The dog park is great and the fact you can take a one minute walk to hit a nature trial and not have to drive more than 10 minutes to hit the mall. The complex is quiet yet youre still so close to the city. Its quite nice!

The Office and Maintenabce Staff are friendly, professional and super quick to respond to any issues that may arise. The property is well manicured, and the area is safe and quiet. Overall Sunbury Ridge is not JUST a place to live, it is HOME.
