Verified Renter ?????????? I haven’t been living at Cortland West Boynton long, but so far, I’m really impressed! Maintenance has been quick, responsive, and thorough with any issues I’ve had. The office staff is friendly and helpful, which makes settling in so much easier. The community feels well-maintained and welcoming, and the amenities and apartment features are everything I was hoping for. Looking forward to the rest of my time here!
Verified Renter Levi best property staff ever!!! Maintenance gets things done almost immediately when asked! Love the gym! Love having access to two pools. Surrounding area is nice and quiet. Very close to different stores
Verified Renter I have been living at Cortland Bermuda Lakes for a month shy of a year and I must say my experience has been great. The neighbors are nice, the management team is great and the amenities is nice. If you have any issues or concerns they will handle it in a timely manner. The strongly enforce their rules and are always seeking improvement.

Verified Renter I do not recommend this place. They were so unorganized for initial move-in, and the staff who come and fix things in the home are unprofessional. They STILL haven’t fixed things from my initial move in from 5 MONTHS AGO. At this point, they need a whole new staff since none of them seem to care for the issues brought to their attention.
