Couldn't be happier I first found Cortland through my sister who lived at a different location. I moved from out of state and never saw this location where I'd be living before I arrived. Upon arrival I was so happy right from the start! Sunbury Ridge is in the perfect location with a very long path along the river. A 5 min easy drive to the nearest highway and 8 minutes from anything else you would need. I also feel very safe with my neighbors and the community around.
