Verified Renter I moved to Sunbury Ridge in January, apt is little pricey but I love being here.The kitchen style is modern same like the bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet with nice people, plus you will enjoy the trail if you like to walk or bike .

Review I have been a resident since 2019 and I have enjoyed living here. I have transitioned into various size units to support my overall changes in life. The yearly increases for planning purposes, have been AMAZING and not super aggressive as other companies take advantage of the surrounding sky rocketing market rates. The property itself is very GREEN, which is enjoy very much for my fur baby. Overall I have been very pleased.
Sunbury Ridge I lived at Sunbury Ridge from June 2019- April of 2021. Throughout my years here I never had any issues with this apartment complex. They were kind, understanding and very quick on there feets with any concerns I had. Marc my original leasing agent helped me from the moment I walked in to inquire an apartment to my move out day 3 years later. I appreciate the kind gestures and the easy environment. I would say this is a great community to live in.
Worth the Stay I was a resident for 2 years before moving out of state due to a job opportunity. I never have any complaints and the staff are always delightful. Before I first moved into this community from New York back in 2019, they were flexible on having me look through their floor plans via email through recorded video and answer any questions with the outmost professionalism.
