Verified Renter Still loving this community, which is super close to Alum Creek Trail, 5 minutes from Easton and the Airport. My commute to work is a breeze and I only spend about 5 minutes at most on the freeway. I am at work in 15 minutes and no more than 20 on a busy day. The leasing staff are professional and work hard at keeping residents happy, so I am well as can be expected in this COVID19 Pandemic on this property.

You are close to Easton Shopping Center - Columbus Internation Airport - 10 - 15 minutes away from down. I relocated to Columbus in 2004 and I have been a resident here at Sunbury Ridge Apartment since. In a few words a great place to live!!!!!!!

Verified Renter I have lived in a lot of cruddy apartments in my time. And it is just such a relief knowing that I wont have to deal with the same things that I used to when I get home everyday. I am just glad that my safe and peaceful place can actually be that. Its also very reassuring to know that the management team at Sunbury Ridge is striving to make this a reality everyday. Best place I have ever lived hands down.

Verified Renter This is a lovely community, but has been without a pool since I moved in last July. Since we are in a pandemic it really hasn't been that bad and it is close to completion. They don't have an gym on the property, but offer a gym experience off site. However, I have never utilized it, because I don't want to drive elsewhere to exercise. Verified Renter I moved into Sunbury Ridge during COVID-19. They provided a no touch move-in. The units are incredibly nice and the price is very reasonable. You are seconds away from a 26 mile trail, 7-10 minutes away from Easton Mall (which has basically any store you could ever need) and downtown is only 15 minutes away. The complex is usually pretty quiet overall, and the dog park is under-utilized by a lot of residents. Oh, and the balcony areas are a great place to watch a sunset if yours points in the right direction.
