Great community to call home I have lived in quite a few apartments throughout my life and I can honestly say I have never felt more comfortable and at ease. I live in one of the 2 bedroom apartments. It is very spacious and I love the modern renovations throughout the whole apartment. The staff is amazing and reliable. Great first apartment together! My fiancé and I lived here for a year before we got our house and we loved it. We rented a townhouse and it was very spacious and we loved the mordern design of it (color scheme, appliances, dark hardwood floors, marble countertops, etc.). The office staff is great and always happy to help and never in a negative mood and work with you. The maintenance staff is friendly as well and stayed one afternoon to fix the AC. Friendly Visit My roommate and I toured here about a week or two ago. The location of Sunbury Ridge was really nice. I believe it had a trail that led straight to Alum Creek, plus it's close to the Easton Shopping Mall. It wasn't too far of a drive from downtown Columbus either. But what really stood out to us was meeting with Chelsea. She was super nice and patient with us, especially since we had so many questions.
