For 5 years I had suffered with painful tendonopothy. I had been to see 3 other practitioners including PRP therapy) over the years and nothing had improved my condition. After running, I picked up an Achilles tendon issue that Ricky sorted for me in just a couple of sessions. With all helpful information and making me understand what has happened to course the issue to start with, recovery was quick. Thanks again Ricky
My right shoulder was showing signs of limited mobility after a case of frozen shoulders some years ago, and Ricky worked his magic (dry needling and shockwave therapy.) After three sessions, mobility has dramatically improved. Ricky was very thorough and gave me simple yet effective exercises I could do at home, during the course of the treatment and afterwards. Would definitely recommend. Hopefully I won't need him again, but I'll definitely visit Summit Wellbeing again should I need to.
Had a bike fit with Ricky for my TT bike. great professional service, good value for money. great to have a chiropractor do this, as he adjusted my bike setup to my unique physiology/anatomy => more watts with less pain: PB on my bike and qualified for world champs on my first triathlon. Fantastic service. From first initial contact to each appointment I was very happy. I had an agonising hip for months (not realising from carrying my 2 year old) I felt old and frail. After only a few sessions there is absolutely no pain. Ricky sorted it all out for me, very good communication and after care as well. Thanks so much! Highly recommend
