We had Summit Roofing replaces our skylights 25 years ago and they did an excellent job no more leakings. Years later we moved to a different home and last year they did some minor repairs and did a great job. We scheduled to have them do another repair tomorrow. Carl is very professional, discussed the estimate with us and the cost is very reasonable for the work to be done. Also, this company has been listed as a 5 stars rated in Prince Williams County referral guidebook with positive & excellent responses!

Summit roofing has come through once again. I had a deterioration mortar crown around my chimney and they came up with a solution. Carl used a rubberized product to coat the existing mortar to prevent further deterioration and mortar costs. Summit is a friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable company that I would recommend to family, friends, and neighbors. They are capable of solving so many roof problems - that only comes with experience.
I had the Summit team return to install a dryer vent. Carl and Cesar took the time to make sure they had the vent in the right position. The installation was top notch and Cesar even went over the other vents to prevent any other issues. I am completely satisfied with the work that Summit has done for us.

Fast Response, Quality Work, Reasonable Price. I had a good experience with Summit Roofing. I called on Wednesday, Louis stopped by on Friday to inspect the roof and provide an estimate. Then a crew came on Monday morning to do the repairs.
