This roofing company does not stand by their products or their warranty. I have only been in my house for 2 years. This company had to come out at the year one mark because there inferior shingles blew off my roof. I called back at the 2 year mark because again I had shingles blow off my roof due to there cheap product or incompetent installer not sure which either way they told me I didn’t have a warranty when the shingles are rated for up to 60mph wind speeds. The staff at Summit Roofing are fantastic! They always provide a swift reply to requests for work, fair and accurate estimate's (no surprises or hidden fees), and follow through with excellent customer service from beginning to end. I especially enjoy working with Carl and Shannon. They have an aptitude for organization and communication that surpasses their peers.
This was my second time using Summit Roofing. My roof had to be replaced after a major hail storm several years ago and I chose them because of their fair pricing, pleasant and professional staff and quick scheduling. Shannon, Carl, and Cesar made sure the work was done quickly and efficiently. A wind storm dislodged a few of the shingles on my roof most recently, and there was no question in my mind who I would call. I highly recommend Summit Roofing!
I had a small repair that needed to be done. Even though it was small, Summit was willing to take on the job. The job was priced/laid out by Carl. He was friendly and courteous and quickly figured out what needed to be done. The office staff was able to schedule the repair job in under a week - and were quick to reschedule when the first date was rained out. The crew came and accomplished the task without my needing to be present. I'll definitely consider them when I need the entire roof replaced in a year or so.
They came out quickly to assess the damage to our roof. Then scheduled the repair very soon afterwards. Everything was quick and professional.
They were fantastic! We had a leak and they were able to get someone out right away to give an estimate. Very fair in pricing and HONEST. They didn’t try to sell us on a new rod or push for additional work. Will use again if needed in the future.
