Due to the severe wind storm in March, all of the roofing companies were slammed and could not give me an appointment for an estimate until weeks later. Not Summit Roofing though! They came out within a couple of days and promptly sent me the estimate. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!
After much research and meeting with several contractors, I recently contracted Summit to replace my mother’s roof. My experience with Summit has been top notch. Shannon, Sam and Roxanne have been extremely professional, competent and pleasant. The roofers did a beautiful job laying the new roof and left the area around her house spotless, just as the found it. Summit was extremely price competitive offering the best price for the same product. I would not hesitate to recommend Summit for any and all roofing needs.
Summit Roofing responded to our leaking roof problem quickly and professionally. Even though they were flooded with calls after days of rain, they came out quickly, identified the problem, provided a quote and came out to do the repair all within one week. OUTSTANDING service and price. Joe worked with our insurance company and our schedule. He sent out the schedule for the repairs, and made sure they were on time and finished as promised. Phenominal service through and through. A fast moving storm approached and hit while they were applying the underpaper/protective wrap. They made sure roof was protected beforeand DURING the storm. Dedicated and very professional. I HIGHLY recommend Summit Roofing and Mr. Ortiz. Fast and extremelly friendly company.

Benny did a great job in taking care of protecting our roof after the windstorm in early March knowing we would have to wait a month for our insurance company to inspect. greatly appreciated and the new roof looks great. Summit Roofing was voted “ Best of Prince William” by InsideNoVA so I trusted thise voters.
Summit Roofing has replaced two attic fans along with an entire roof project a couple of years ago. Very satisfied each time they have worked at our home.
