After 2 other bids to repair a leak in our roof, we chose Summit Roofing contractors and we couldn’t be happier. Their bid came in at the expected rate and we appreciated that they did not try to over sell the specific work we wanted done. Other contractors bids were 2 -3 times higher and included more work that we did not ask them to do. Summit came recommended by a friend and we will also recommend them for their prompt, friendly and good service.

We called Summit roofing when we discovered a leak in our garage roof. Other roofing companies recommended that we re-roof the house. The Summit estimator quickly found the source of the leak (an all-but imperceptible nail hole), and fixed it on the spot. While on the garage roof, he noticed that our octagonal gable vents were rotting and recommended that we replace them with PVC. Response from online request for an estimate was quick. Shannon arranged a time that worked with my schedule. Carl was on time and informative about the condition of my roof and what is would take to have it fixed. The work crew fixed the area and now no more leakes!

This summer we had a leak in our roof, or so we assumed, as water was dripping into our bedroom. I called several roofing companies and the only one who got back to me and was willing to do a repair (versus a replacement) was Summit Roofing. I dealt with Carl who was very nice and informative. Within a few weeks they were able to come out and do the repair. Again, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The next time I have a roofing need, I will not hesitate to call Summit!

Summit Roofing provided excellent service to repair several leaks in my roof. The technician was very friendly and very professional. He explained what he would be doing and then went to work. I would highly recommend Summit Roofing.

I had a leak in my roof for over 2 years and it’s not the whole roof it’s particular things that needed fixed. A friend suggested we call Summit and get estimate. Mr. Carl was honest, thorough, fair and I would highly recommend Summit Roofing Contractors. From The day I met with Carl and and was able to get my appt scheduled and today (day of fix) was seamless. Very organized and professional. I will definitely use in future. Thank you for the great experience.

This was my second positive experience with Summit. I lost a shingle during a spring storm. My insurance agent had recommended I try to catch a roofer doing work in my neighborhood already b/c it was such a small job. I contacted two different companies who were working on neighborhood homes and had two no-shows. When I contacted Summit, I got a prompt call back with an appointment a few days later. They got me scheduled right away. Carl was super friendly and gave me an honest assessment and a fair price. The work was scheduled and completed with in the week. On time, friendly and honest. What more is there to say.
