RecommendedJust had Summit do some repairs or missing shingles and repair rotted trim and wrap the trim with aluminum. The aluminum wrapping looks great. I'm surprised how close they got it the original color of the trim. This will help with our squirrel issue of them trying to chew into the attic! Overall I am pleased with Summit and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable priced the job was. Thanks!
Carl came out and diagnosed a potential source of water leaking into our family room (basement) today, went out and picked up sleeve collars for our vent pipes and replaced them. We really appreciate the timely response and he is a great customer service rep, explaining what he found and what he was doing to address it each step of the way. Our roof was originally done by another contractor and for years we had leaks and repairs which we paid for because the contractor would not follow up. Then someone recommended Summit Roofers to us and they installed an entire new roof. They had to replace several sheets of old plywood that should have been done by the previous contractor. Carl from Summit Roofing displayed his expertise at diagnosing a leak in our skylight and the damage it had done to a large portion of our roof, and helped us determine the best (and most affordable) skylight to replace our ancient one with. Summit Roofing was our first call when the roof on our current house started leaking recently. We were familiar with Summit Roofing from when they replaced the roof on our previous house and corrected a nasty problem we had been experiencing with ice dams that two other companies could not fix. I called summit roofing to get an estimate on a roof repair. They were able to come out within days and were able to work around my busy schedule. The estimator even called me when he was on his way. The price to do the repairs was very reasonable and I scheduled the repairs to be done the next week. I even asked if I should get more work done and the estimator didn’t try and up sell work that wasn’t needed. With the reasonable price and honesty I didn’t even bother getting another estimate! Highly recommended!
This roofing company is great to work with. I called to get an estimate and they were able to quickly schedule a couple guys to come out to my home and assess the damage to my roof that recently happened. The estimate price was very reasonable. I called them the next day to schedule the work and they were able to get my roof fixed the very next day. That is the quickest turnaround of a home repair job that I have ever dealt with. I 'very highly' recommend this company for any roofing job!
