I needed the ridge vent repaired/replaced on my townhouse because of wind damage. They replaced it with a better version. They showed me that the original the builder put down was poorly installed and leaking a little. I'm glad I had this done instead of waiting until a had real water damage. This is the second time I have used Summit and they will be the first people I call next time.
We had a very positive experience when we had our roof replaced by Summit Roofing. Summit Roofing did everything they said they were going to do when we received our estimate. They were prompt, clean, hard working, and did high quality work on our home. Summit Roofing is a great company to work with and this includes Joe Ortiz who was always there to supervise everything. Sam Fullerton and the Summit team did a great job on our Roof and Gutters. Our insurance company denied our claim the first time and Sam met with me and the adjuster to identify the issues and they got our roof and gutters approved for replacement. They started the work as promised and completed the job in two days. I highly recommend them. Great Job Guys!
Summit Roofing came out to make a repair on my roof and I could not have been more happy with the outcome. Very reasonably priced, no pressure on up sales and I am very pleased with the quality of work. Highly Recommend!
Our new shingle roof on the house looks great, the new gutters catch all the rain water even with the leaf guards (they never drained right with old gutters). The 3 new skylights are my favorite new upgrade, I can actually see the stars at night through them. The work was done as scheduled and very professional, I highly recommend Summit Roofing.
