I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan and his team. They completed a sizeable project to rebuild a kitchen extension for us, including vaulting the ceiling, removing and relaying the floor and relocating a utility room. Originally, we asked Dan to replace a leaking extension roof that was only 3 years old and a legacy left behind by our previous builders. A stressful time, watching the water damage slowly ruin our new living space and the inconvenience of having to redecorate a freshly decorated room. Summerlin Builders did an absolutely super job for us. Ours was a substantial project (extension plus remodelling parts of the existing house). Dan and team were communicative, well organised, honest and hardworking. Spent 10 mins each morning briefing us on the plan for the day and always open to questions. High standard of finish as well. So happy - not just with the end result, but the process too!
Dan, Ian and Hayden were contracted to extend the kitchen and convert the loft on our victorian terrace. They were fantastic to work with in every aspect of a big build; Dan was always contactable for discussions, the standard of their work is excellent and the speed of the build has been very quick. I would highly recommend this team of first class builders.
Summerlin Builders tick all the boxes in what you want from a contractor. As an architect I have decades of experience working with some of the UKs best and Dan, Hayden & Ian are certainly up there with them.
