Lovely staff and a welcoming salon, but disappointing experience around pricing. I booked a dry cut to keep costs down, but was only informed at the till that I’d be charged £36 – the same price as a wet cut and blow dry. At no point beforehand was this communicated to me. When I raised it, the manager refused to adjust the cost, even though I didn’t receive the service I was being charged for. My hair dresser is Lorraine Huggett absolutely lovely lady and amazing at hair and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else !!! 100% recommended x
