Waited for an hour and was not seen. A girl 2 people behind me that was waiting was told 13 min.. another half hour went by. Ridiculous. Had to walk out, as did about 5 other people.

Nails are amazing, they look good and are good designs but maybe slightly pricey, although I suppose expense based on difficulty isn't unreasonable. However it does feel very isolating when the tech doing your nails doesn't even understand you (which is fine, just would be nice to know ahead of time). I come back here because they are good at what they do and if you want to leave with pretty nails then absolutely come here. The staff is amazing and very talented as well as super kind and understanding. I've only been twice and enjoyed both times being there. Thank you to Jay and his co worker, I am sorry I didn't ask for your name. But I absolutely LOVE the work you both did. I'll definitely be coming back

Nails are good and most of the staff seem friendly but I had the Great displeasure to be served by the one lady in there who is unfriendly, aggressive and rude. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. I won’t be going Back. She’s definitely in the wrong job as she clearly does not like people! If you’re unsure which member of staff I’m talking about, which is highly unlikely, then it’s the one who always has the pink apron on.
