Went to buy a few pieces of gold from this place today. Mostly everyone gave a reasonable price and customer service expect one, short chubby looking man, balding with a big beard with a serious look to him. He adds an extra price to an item and was upset when I got the correct price from someone else, I don’t know if he considers this his service charge, interest or his down right dishonest. I saved £20 due to someone else’s honesty. Don’t mind visiting again but will definitely avoid him.
