As a landlord I am very happy to rent to Suiteplace, they look after the house and take care of maintenance problems, the house is in better decorative condition than when they took over the property! They paid full market rent and signed a 3 year contract, which was exactly what I wanted.

These people responded to my query in a timely manner. They are very professional in their approach to managing your property, in essence, they give the same care as they do their. They listened to my objectives, and were very communicative. They keep me updated at all times and for that reason, I would certainly recommend using their management company.

We've been working with Ryan Suiteplace for 6 months now and we are really happy with the relationship and how it's gone so far. I have been cleaning for Ryan for a little while now and it's been a pleasure from day one. Always clear with communication, keeps me up to date with any bookings which helps makes my life easier and enables me to work to a deadline and have the property cleaned in time. The flat is nicely decorated, Crisp and clean and a proper little home from home with all the equipment you'd need for a weekend away.
