I would like to explain the traumatising experience I had with the Cleckheaton estate agent. I booked a valuation for my property to sell. I had been booked in with a women called Julie , she came into my home smelling of alcohol! She was acting very strange and was not professional at all. She then requested to use my toilet and left an awful smell behind . I have never had this type of experience with a professional person before. I have found another great estate agents since.
