They were friendly and the young lady who pierced my ear did her best. She marked the right spot on my left ear correctly but the piercing gun pierced a tad higher. The ear stud, bought from them, fitted in that ear lobe was noticeably not level, but higher than the other ear stud put in the right ear lobe. My lobes are not so pronounced. Hence with larger ear studs it will be more noticeable as the left stud would not lie flat because of being too near the beginning of the opening.
