I stayed here from 22 Sep to 29 Sep, my online delivery ran late and asked the hotel to pick it up for me after my departure. They received the package but now they say they can not find it. They actually stole it, i have photo proof of delivery but the hotel says it is lost. Think more than twice while making reservastion here that your belongings could get lost.

Asignaron el apartamento en el sótano. Reclamé en recepción (atendida presencialmente solamente por la tarde) y me dijeron que tras la primera noche lo solucionarían. No fue así.
