Louise opened her shop outside of her usual hours to fit me in to try a dress. I had a bad experience in the past so was quite anxious about going but this quickly dissolved. Louise was attentive and helpful and made me feel great and I came away choosing a dress that I love. I highly recommend.

Choosing my dress here was the loveliest experience! I was quite hesitant going dress shopping as I'm not body confident but Louise put me at ease and welcomed me into her beautiful shop. There's a stunning collection of dresses at this Bridal shop, but not so many you can get overwhelmed. Louise asks you to choose 4 for the bride to try, and then picks out her recommendations based on what you think of the first 4. I can’t thank Louise enough for reassuring me when I was nervous and for helping me to pick the dress for my big day. She was kind, helpful and attentive to my needs. Due to my autism, I really struggle with the feeling of certain materials - but this was easily accommodated within my appointment. The dress I said yes to wasn’t even one I chose out for myself, but one that Louise suggested I try because she had taken the time to get to know me, my needs and my bridal party.
