Great shop , brilliant bargains but the older short female staff lady is so incredibly rude , blunt and extremely moody every single time I go in there which is a few times a month it really puts me off going in when she’s working
The lady on the desk on 19th March with blue eye liner was rude and raising her voice at customers as well as radiating very negative vibes - not at all good customer service
Bad customer service from one women in the shop, negative experience but all other staff were great
Lady representing the shop at the time was rude and had an awful demeanour
Always a little gem to find in here. The sale rail is very good, warm, clean clothing is accessible to all for £1 per item
