That experience was so bad. I walked in at 14.00 on a Saturday and they close at 17.00. I wanted to donate a mattress topper and a table lamp. Only two things. I walked to the donation entrance only to be faced with a lady who immediately said to me that they were not taking any more donations. I mentioned to her that is only a mattress topper and lamp shade but she said that they were full.
