I have to say this time was excellent ,Patsy is a gem of a lady. I was offered a generous discount which I appreciated. The shop layout is very good. Having read the reviews I can understand how some people must feel when dropping things off maybe a loved one has died etc so my advice to staff is always be friendly & say thank you because you never know the circumstances behind the donation.

I have been to this shop many times and i like the range of products that are available. I have bought furniture and items and i have also donated. There are fantastic furniture options at decent prices. Unfortunately staff are horrible! Considering this is a charity shop, i would expect to be treated in a friendly way. It's ok, but could be much better. Staff are unwelcoming. For example, I found some nice items for my mum but staff made inappropriate comments about a man purchasing feminine items. Every time I've visited, the staff working there don't seem to want to be there or they don't want you there. A very uncomfortable atmosphere, especially for a charity shop!

I brought some donations to this charity shop today. It is a lovely shop and I found the staff friendly and helpful - Ross actually insisted on carrying some goods in from the car. Couldn't be better

First charity shop I've been into where I felt unwelcome! Two staff followed me around the store, like I was going to steal something. I even sat in a sofa and they came and wiped the sofa next to me down. The lady behind the counter has more emotion that a potato! Not even a good afternoon, how are we. Infact thinking about it I don't think she even said the price! She stood in silence waiting for me to pay. Can't say I'll be rushing back to visit
