The food at our wedding was wrong despite numerous emails and telephone calls to confirm, the evening food was literally bought from Tesco (we saw the packaging in the kitchen!) and when we complained, the response was "well your guests liked the food". Absolutely no apology and then refused to answer any emails afterwards. It really marred our memories of our wedding. Please do not use them.
