Went in at 18:20 told take out only, asked what time they closed 7pm clearly they wanted a early dart especially judging by the last few reviews
I just attempted to order food at 18.51, as I walked through the door the young lad shouted "we are closed".he didn't even look up. I checked the opening time on the door and a female member of staff told me, as it was 19.00 we are closed. She tried to convince me it was actually 19.00 and then proceeded to light a cigarette. I like Subway and the food is usually quite good but I will not attend the Great Homer Street branch again. Really poor customer service and very bad manners.
Visited on the Friday of half term while my son and his friends were at an activity nearby. The staff were super friendly, helpful and efficient, the store was clean and my salad was sensational! I always appreciate having the option to choose exactly what I want. This isn’t my first visit to this particular store but each and every visit here has been spot on so I decided they deserved a review. Not all Subways are created equally. This one is the best 😄
Just got a coffee, place is cleaned well when I was there.
