I still remember the first time I had subway in Dunedin a few decades back and it was fantastic, value for money & seemed healthy. Now days every visit is a disappointment. Over priced IMO and the bread just seems to shrink and get thinner & less substantial every time. I think subway exists simply for lack of other semi healthy fast food options...in New Zealand anyway.
Absolutely terrible service. The food I ordered was stone cold in the middle, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, there were two women working who did not change their gloves at all while preparing food. That is extremely unhygienic and disgusting. This place clearly has no standards for food safety or customer service. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.
I came into subways a couple of day ago about 8 that night the older lady that was there saw me stressed out and so nice and calmed me down made my food beautifully and so so caring and understanding and made sure I was OK before I left
