Door says closes at 8pm on a Monday, door was open but I was told they were already closed. Online also says closes at 8:30.
Only one side of the door is opening. Impossible for a wheel chair and a double baby buggy to get in. I guess people on wheel chair and baby buggies are not allowed.
Terrible service, rude and unconcerned staff. What is the point of the kiosk orders if your order gets ignored for 20/30 minutes.
I don't really post reviews but I thought I'd share my opinion. so my food took kind of a while. I ordered at the kiosk. I ordered a simple meatball marinara with a side of waffle fries. I picked mayonnaise as my sauce and I was given ketchup. wasn't too big a deal I just went to the counter and asked for mayonnaise. I sat there for about 10 minutes before I started on my sub as I ate my waffle fries first. I then open my sub up and it has onions and peppers, both of which I know I didn't put in my order. Service was terrible, only 3 people in front of us but it took 20 minutes to get serviced. The woman in front of us told us she had been waiting 15 minutes and the woman behind the counter (the only woman, older polish woman) had a go at the woman saying she was doing the screen orders. The way she spoke to the woman was totally out of order.
