Garbage honestly.. I eat at all subways, especially ones that are halal. This is by far the worst out of any IV been to, they try tell you they have stopped serving 20 minutes before their shift finishes. They forward every call to voicemail you can't get through to them. Absolute shambles of a shop honestly don't bother.
Outstanding food and even better service 10/10 thank you guys will definitely be visiting again
The female staff were rude and disrespectful they said I can't use my rewards in store when it said I can in the app and when I asked for a meal she put it through by itself and when I said where's my drink she said you need to pay for it separately when I requested a meal!!!!!!! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with service 1/10 (The guy who works there today was nice and understanding he was no part of this he was 10/10 for customer service the other staff are just dragging him down)
Walked into the branch and there was no queue so thought should be able to get my order pretty quick but alas this was not the case and lack of queue and branch being empty should have been a warning as to reason why. One of the workers just walked off in the back and left his colleague preparing an order. After a 5 minute wait was told going to be a while. Seems preparing an order for Ubereats. Went at lunchtime, guy was cleaning out the tubs and wiping things down, then went straight to making my sandwich without changing gloves. I just left it and went somewhere else.
