Absolutely rude people I never ordered sauce on my sandwich and I come here daily I told them to remake it and all 3 of them laughed at me I will never come here and I will be making my complaint about these people. I will never come back here
Well honestly the worst experience I ever had at a subway. The staff are so rude. No thank you no nothing. It's like they don't want you in there store. They don't cut the sandwich in half when you order a foot long when there is a minor inconvenience they laugh to one another in there native language. They so not fill the sandwich Up with the meats you ask for personally the worst experience I've ever had at a subway. Head office needs to step in asap
Clearly the staff need some intent to service customers. Had a horrible experience yesterday. I was waiting for my train & went to order some food & they said they were closing. As it was around 07 in the evening on Sunday, thought it was fair. 20 mins later, they started serving to others. When I went to ask why didn't they serve me, they didn't even apologize and said they ran out of few things. Poor customer service. I went in to order a foot long sandwich and gently requested if I could place my order on the till but they refused and said it had to be through the machine provided. I was confused while placing my order and went back again if they could assist an they said no. I had a train to meet up and then tried ordering using the machine and it took so long for them to make my meal and didn’t even complete it. Has to take it like that and run to meet my train. Very poor service.
