Rude lady behind the counter. Only time she spoke is to ask if I wanted a medium or large. Hot chocolate is practically just boiling water. I purchased it 20 mins ago and it’s still too hot to drink ???

came in today woman behind the counter had no customer service skills what so ever was so moody and she was chewing chewing gum right over my food while making which. i’m sure is not allowed while making food

Placed an order today, food was perfect and everyone's order was correct. Really helpful and friendly staff and thank you to the lady who took my order over the phone. Very happy team indeed!

I usually use this Subway with no issues, but today was a different story. It took the staff member 15 minutes to make just one sandwich before it was even my turn. After waiting that long, I ordered two salads — costing £11 — only to be told I couldn’t use my points. When I got them home, I was shocked at how little was in them. I understand there’s a set amount of meat they can put in, but after a long wait, high price, and poor service, this was really disappointing. The quality and value were disgraceful.
