The food is consistent and very nice I can’t complain about the food it’s generally consistent. The only problem is customer service the level of communication was not so good I had to switch to speaking Hindi because they didn’t understand what I was saying when I was speaking English at this branch (this ain’t a problem for me but can be for some people). Went here tonight to order a jacket potato and was pleasantly surprised. The server was patient and considerate, and the jacket potato actually quite nice. Will be back.
Did an online order and everything was wrong. I paid extra for guacamole in my sub and it was missing, paid for 4 chocolate chip cookies and was given 3 random cookies and completely missing the 4th one, the other sub I ordered had rotten cucumber in it. Avoid this place at all costs, terrible service and quality, and steal your money.
The food was what you expect - so the score is not a reflection of that. The poor review is due to two reasons: 1. My sandwich artist leaving halfway through making it to take a call and not returning. 2. The smoke alarm beep going off every few minutes. This is my second visit in a few months and it's happened both times. I suspect it's been beeping the whole time.. Food is up to standard, but it's always a bizarre experience in the shop.
Made me order at the self service tills, then asked my loads of questions about my order ! And took ages…not great service, food was ok.
