A staff member was so rude to me multiple times when ordering a sub. She kept telling me to stop telling her what to do, but not once did I do that, very confusing. Also, when I asked about a deal on the app she replied with ‘I don’t know, it’s not my app’. She also said she didn’t want to be working on a bank holiday (it was Easter Sunday). I appreciate she may have been having a bad day but this was a terrible representation of Subway
Absolutely appalled by my experience here. The cheese had crumbs all over it, the staff member was incredibly rude. I asked for a footlong churro and she just growled NO in my face without an explanation.. I said ‘ok so I can’t have that then’ she said ‘I’m going with no. They’re all hard and old’ …..:.. just what you want to hear in a FOOD ESTABLISHMENT!!! disgusting staff members, woman around 50 asked me to take my drink off table from a different shop as it is “not a picnic” in her words, when she then walked past me again she said “sorry for you loss what a shame saddo” i decided to ignore her and be the bigger person but i find this absolutely vile that staff would speak like this!
