Dorina was Very polite and kind
Visited for lunch today, staff were so miserable. Lad who worked there gave us tiny portions and puffed his cheeks when we asked for nachos. One handful and just slapped a crazy amount of salsa on with no care. The refillable drinks are no longer there. Atmosphere was awful. Would recommend going to Cardiff gate instead
I didn't know the new menu items or how to add it in app. Brook was very kind and professional. She made every effort to help me. Show how to take advantage of the offers in app. Even tho it was time consuming taken away from her other duties. Very speedy service without compromising quality/presentation as well Will definitely come to this location again highly recommend.
The food was out standing, warm professionally done. I was served by Nathan he is a credit to this store really friendly and willing to help out and also do it with a smile on his face.
