Everything was bland. Didn't put salt on as asked. Missed cheese off of sandwich and garlic bread had the tiniest amount of cheese on. Nothing like the photos. Have some pride in your work, damn!
I'm a regular customer here as I work down the road. Ordering food in person and everything's fine however when ordering using uber eats they mostly get the order wrong! I've just ordered a tuna mayo wrap and you'll never believe it...there's no tuna! How is that even possible?
I recently visited this store and was told I could only have three lines of sauce and would need to buy a 40p sauce tub if I wanted more. I’ve been to other Subway locations where staff have happily added a little extra when asked, so this felt inconsistent and a bit off-putting — especially when I was told, “nothing’s free.” I understand stores are franchised and may have their own rules, but this experience left me feeling unwelcome, and I’ve decided not to return to that location.
