Food was nice it's a subway so not really suprise but nothing j wouldn't expect place seemed clean and the staff friendly. If your after a subway this is the place to go in bath
this is the saddest subway in town barely any people go in and the staff are rude and unhelpful. i’ve tried to order food multiple times from here and it always arrives late or wrong and the staff refuse to help.
Placed a £70 order online through Uber Eats at around 2:40, with estimated delivery for 3:00-3:20. It is currently 4:10 when writing this review, after calling the Subway, and being told that it has left and will be with me shortly. More than one hour, and still no food. It's not raining, nor snowing, and I doubt the apocalypse is taking place. I made a delivery order from the app Uber eats but Subway uses there own delivery drivers so u can’t track the order. The number listed on google doesn’t work and neither does the one in uber eats so there is no way of contacting them!! Order two sandwiches toasted which came un toasted and after we resulted in calling the head office which said they couldn’t do anything our order came after almost THREE HOURS!!! Absolute joke we were offered no refund and when we asked they said that wasn’t possible!
