Really poor service by elizabeth. No manners at all.
Buy sandwiches here maybe once a week. I've never had a bad sandwich or anything wrong with my order. The manager and staff are nothing but pleasant! Waited about 5 minutes from being served to having my order.
Well today I took my daughter in to subway,greeted by a girl with a bad attitude,the way she was my daughter didn’t want to say what she wanted,so we went to Greg’s but it was shutting and had nothing, so went back to her sitting in the back by the door watching videos on her phone, I said sorry to get her attention also her behaviour the first time round,she looked at me looked at her phone slammed it down, honestly your in the wrong job,so who ever the blonde girl was working at 6 today please teach her customer service an... read more
Usually from here we get a good service, just the last two times we have been they haven't really listened when we have ordered. I don't have mine toasted and said for it not to be toasted but they went to do it. On the second time missed ingredients off and again went to toast it without asking this time. Food is nice as well from the subway. The parking can be a right pain as well as there are only a couple of spaces.
the other day went into subway for food and was met by a man and a young woman chatting away forgetting to do there job as i waited for up to 5 minutes bare in mind there was only one person infront of me .they are very slow and not wearing the correct uniform no apron or hairnets insight .same gloves used and when it finally came to my turn to order i felt judged by my sandwich choices as they both gave each other slight remarks and weird facial expressions and when i got home to eat my food it looks so rank poorly made do ... read more
