This used to be a good place to go for something quick to eat yet now with the new management taking over multiple times online orders have came wrong which has resulted in me having to come in personally and even then i’ll be lucky to even use the online feature as they seem to turn it off for no apparent reason at all, They also try and charge you more in person for gluten free food than it is online. Bought a cup of tea at 8.50 on Monday morning. Member of staff helpful and polite. Tea was good. Used toilet before leaving which was disgusting. Very offensive urine smell. Sticky floor. Wet toilet seat. Cannot have been cleaned for days!!! Wish I had gone before I drank tea. Staff use same toilet, so chance of cross contamination very high.
Wouldn't make a black coffee at 6:20pm as they'd cleaned it ready to finish at 8pm.. shocking
