Visited the shop to get a breakfast sub in the morning, I was greeted by two staff members one of them was cheerful but went to the back, the other employee was very grumpy, i had not been subway in a while so I was taking a few minutes to decide what to get, he looked to be getting very impatient, I decided what to get, he completed skipped asking me if i want salad and went straight to the sauces as if he wanted to get this over and done with. Rude staff, avoid go to the other subways
Walking in with a smile I thought I'd contribute to a better atmosphere but no. I was asked very politely by a lady who had her hair covered (culturally) which was nice and I just asked for the daily discount/ offers. Was told id need to have an app but there's no problem, I'd get a 30% discount which was lovely. As I asked for a plain tuna crunch sandwich I was told there's no tuna crunch just plain tuna mayonnaise which I thought was strange as tuna mayonnaise and salad is literally all you need for a tuna crunch sandwich.... read more
