Quite concerned about the food hygiene practices I witnessed whilst collecting my order this afternoon. A member of staff failing to change gloves after handling tuna and moving onto another order. Customer service was also quite poor and very disorganised.
"I’m giving this 1 star purely because of the attitude of the staff. The food itself was standard Subway quality—totally fine—but the experience of ordering it was miserable. The employee on the line was rude, dismissive, and made it very clear they didn't want to be there. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you’ve been treated with such disrespect. I won’t be coming back to this location."
Its a shame that you actually have to give a star for rating as it this particular subway is absolutely shocking. The customer service skills and attitude from the first guy (was an english guy) was ridiculous and ideally needs to learn how to speak to people. Then the way they just throw the sandwiches together, my 7 year old niece can do it better and more neatly. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place. Go bon accord or somewhere else. You will be more happy elsewhere.
