Had a delivery from here, food was awful, hardly any meat and soggy veg in sandwiches, expensive slop Never again.
Placed an order on the app. Went in to collect. Asked by Raj to sit down. When I got back to the office with my footlong total disappointment. Hardly any ingredients in the sub more of a flat sub. NEVER have i had a sub like this
The staff there is absolutely atrocious. Every time you go in they change the rules which doesn’t happen at any other subway. All of a sudden they don’t accept photos of subway cards when that literally has never been the case? Absolutely rude management who doesn’t have any respect for loyal customers. I am very unhappy with the attitude and lack of service they provide.
Terrible service - a worker there named Ranjit - never met somebody so unwelcoming and unhygienic in my life. Terrible representation of subways high standards. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day but even the way he talked to his staff was bad - and it wasn’t even busy at all. Hope he will improve or have self reflection of his actions
