I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but the service and food from here was absolutely shocking. Used delivery service stated 30 mins then after that it changed to another 30 mins, they then called me 45 mins after that and asked what sauces I wanted as the one ordered was out of stock. Which is fine but I’d been waiting 1 hour and a half so why didn’t they call me or tell me that at the beggining? What's the point of having a phone if you ain't gonna answer it, foods crap, staffs crap how this place is still running I have no idea
The staff were really unfriendly, looked like they didn’t want to be there. Me and my husband will definitely avoid this subway. We used vouchers, they kept my voucher, gave my husband his voucher back and the kept another voucher we didn’t use. Just all in all a very strange experience.
I popped into the Coventry Street Subway sandwich shop this morning, and decided to order a Garlic cheese 🧀 steak 12" footlong subway. The lady behind the counter was very pleasant and talkative. The service was quick and not too expensive, but the main thing was, the subway was delicious and worth every penny! Will definitely be stepping into here again soon! 5 ☆ ~ C ~ 28/03/2025
When I was ordering my food the servers were very rude and while I was trying to place my order they were talking amongst themselves
