The "sandwich artists" dont appear to be very artistic as when asking for salad they threaten it with enough to feed mouse. Its almost like they are on commission for saving salad. Then when you ask for more you are met with a long face like you've just taken their last Malteaser without permission. Used to be decent a few years back but not so much now. Maybe a management issue? Also the toilets are horrendously dirty. Place needs a shake up.

Everyone had a long face took ages for food and it was cold 🥶 after asking for it to be heated
How hard is it to get an order correct? Give them chance after chance and still everytime my food arrives they find someway to screw it up
New order machines are making the wait time so long the new staff all from Pakistan cannot speak good English absolute carnage nobody knows what there doing. Food poisoning pending.
