Omg Replaced the "walk along the counter" choosing what you want with burger style order at screens. No. No. No Takes away the subway USP of seeing the food you are adding to your sandwich. Walked out and they lost two foot long orders
Apparently the staff aren't well versed in following what a receipt says when ordering via an app. Staff seem to think a receipt specifying ZERO of something means chuck it on anyway. Not sure why they decided to hire staff who can't read or make a sandwich, but alas here we are. Don't order via Uber, because when the staff inevitably screw it up, Uber won't bother to assign an actual human to look at your refund request and will refund you a fraction of what you paid for food that only ended up in the bin due to staff incom... read more
They didn’t toast it, the sub was soggy and the self serving system takes forever.
Haven't been to Subway for a long time and they have a new computer system. Where is the human contact gone. Young gentleman was amazing, went out his way to help me on the computer. I won't be coming back to any Subway again because of the computer overtake!
