Rubbish service I asked for an Italian sub and she pulled one out I said not that one it has grains on top, she proceeded to ignore me and cut the bread stating that it was Italian. The one I wanted was called “hearty Italian” they refused to change it as the next girl had started to put the fillings in, despite me stating that wasn’t the bread I wanted! Poor service and they were rude won’t go here and I would advise the others to xx

Absolute joke. When there to order a salad box only to be told their delivery for the boxes didn’t turn up and it maybe tomorrow. Don’t help if I’m there now. Anyway not a big issue. Went for a tuna footlong instead of she used a table knife scoped up twice. I asked here where’s the scoop she said they cleaned it as it was closing time. Mind you it’s 8pm and they close at 9pm. Subway lakeside is a strange setup. You can order via the kiosks or with the staff member who was extremely helpful given that my mum is celiac and that she took particular custody of the order maintaining allergen control. Food was very pleasant washed down nicely with a cuppa. Fortunately we were able to get seat in the main foyer but can imagine during the busy times seating to be troublesome. All in all a good establishment.

Absolutely disgusted went to subway for my lunch break a I usually do as it’s healthy nd the food is good and I got served by a worker and ask for mayo when I got my sandwich and sat down I had 3 bits and realised I was eating just mayo I looked at the sandwich and my whole sub was covered in mayo to the point where it was just more mayo then the food inside so I went back and asked for a refund and the lady who served me said I told her to keep adding mayo when I never because I only like atleast one strip of mayo and she h... read more

Went to order from the widely advertised Festive menu on 6th December at Lakeside Thurrock , only to be told by one of the servers that it wasn't available now and had only been available for a 2 week period. This seemed very odd as it was still advertised on the screen right above her head! Also advertised on screens around Lakeside shopping centre, on TV and in the press. Left and went to Taco Bell who did have what they advertised. Not impressed at all.
